The program is organized by Alexander Tichai (TU Darmstadt, diversity coordinator), Sonia Bacca (JGU Mainz), Jürgen Gauss (JGU Mainz), and Francesco Marino (JGU Mainz).
MITP seeks to bring together scientists with common scientific interests for discussions and collaborations. Instead of relying on a comprehensive list of talks, the program will focus on a series of informal seminars to inspire further discussions. Typically, up to 25 scientists take part at any given time.
MITP offers all its participants office space and access to computing facilities during their stay. In addition, MITP will cover local housing expenses for accepted participants. The MITP team will be happy to arrange the accommodation according to the individual needs of the participants.
