The school program runs from 7th of August 9:00 to the 25th of August 17:00 and will take place at Erbacher Hof in Mainz. The school is hosted by the Mainz Institute for Theoretical Physics. Participation is by invitation only.
Participants are invited to arrive on Sunday 6th of August for check-in to the Erbacher Hof and an informal reception in the evening. Arrival and check-in is also possible on Monday morning before the lectures will start.
The program cost is 980 € (for local participants the fee is 200 €), which includes shared lodging (two persons to a room) with full board (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner), except for lunch and dinner during weekends. Single rooms can be secured for an additional cost of 150 Euros.
Participants should make arrangements for their own transportation to and from Mainz. For detailed travel information see here.
