From the main station
By trains and from the airports, you will arrive in Mainz at the main station "Hauptbahnhof".
When leaving the main station, the bus stop is to your right.
One-way tickets can be bought at a machine next to the bus stop.
From there, you have two options to get to the Institute: Bus 69 or Bus 6.

Bus 69:
There is only one direction for Bus 69: "Fachhochschule"/"Universität" (you cannot pick a wrong one).
Leave the bus at the stop "Staudingerweg" (a few stops after "Universität").
Unfortunately, the bus doesn't drive regularly on weekends, so it's probably only an option for the monday morning session.
When in doubt, please consult the timetable.

Bus 6:
This bus actually departs from the same spot as the aforementioned 69.
The two possible directions you need are either "Bretzenheim" or "Marienborn".
Exit the bus at the station "Backhaushohl" (also a few stops after "Universität").
Walk northwest past a sports ground and a parking lot towards the entrance of the university.
The bus departs every 10 minutes on weekdays, every 15 minutes on Saturday and every 30 minutes on Sunday.
When in doubt, please consult the timetable.
