The school program runs from 25th of July 9:00 to the 5th of August 17:00 and will be hosted by Erbacher Hof in Mainz.
Participants should plan to arrive on Sunday 24th of July for check-in to the Erbacher Hof in the evening. Check-out can be either on the evening of the 5th of August or during the 6th of August, where breakfast will still be provided.
The program cost is €780, which includes lodging with full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and coffee-breaks during the school. Participants should make arrangements for their own transportation to and from Mainz. More information about travelling to and from Mainz can be found here.

Social activities will be planned for the weekend subject to the participants' interests and availability. You can indicate your preference for the suggested activities in the application form. Social activities options are:
- Beer Brewing Workshop
A professional beer brewer shows you how to brew beer and you will learn something about the history and production of beer. (Duration: approx. 6 hours incl. typical German lunch)
- Climbing Park
Check your agility by climbing through several courses in different heights and with different levels of difficulty. Adventure, action and fun is guaranteed! Above the entire courses, there is a Safety System composed of cable ropes.
- Hiking along the Rhine
Explore the amazingly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage region of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley (www.welterbe-mittelrheintal.de)! Hike through endless vineyards, forests and fields, discover medieval castles, enjoy spectacular views and finish your journey with a glass of local wine in one of many picturesque small towns!
