Absence during your stay at the MITP: If you plan to be away from the MITP for more than 24 hours, please notify one of the staff members of your intended absence. Absences from the MITP will affect your housing, so it is very important that you discuss any absences with the MITP Guest Relations Team.
First aid kit: A basic first aid kit (orange box) is located opposite the black entrance wall towards the east wing corridor and in the Guest Relations Office at MITP.
Banks / Cash Points / ATM: Sparkasse Mainz (Albert-Schweitzer-Straße / Saarstraße) and Mainzer Volksbank (Staudingerweg) have ATMs on campus. You can find a list of various banks in Mainz online on the Website of Gelbe Seiten.
Photographs: The Mainz Institute for Theoretical Physics (MITP) will be responsible for taking photographs at this event. These will be published on the Indico website of the event and possibly on the MITP homepage. Participants should be aware that they may appear in these images. By checking in to this event, you automatically grant Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz permission to use these images and recordings for event-related, non-commercial purposes. Please contact MITP staff directly at check-in if you do not agree.
