Please download our call for proposals template (below) and send the completed form through our submission form with the contact data of the corresponding organizer.
Kindly note that proposals can only be considered when submitted with the template below. Futhermore, keep in mind, that the dates for next year will be set between November 2026 and end of January 2027.
Please remember to create a PDF file before uploading your proposal.
The next call for proposals will start in fall 2026.
