DESCRIPTION:Effective field theories provide a framework to characterize N
ew Physics in a model-agnostic fashion via non-renormalizable operators an
 d a well-prescribed expansion in energy scales.  As a result\, EFTs serve
as the natural language for phenomenological explorations spanning decade
s in energy from both theoretical and experimental perspectives.  Recent
years have seen rapid growth in the study of EFTs for phenomenological app
lications and the accompanying complications concerning renormalization fl
ow\, number of parameters\, robust interpretation of data\, and validity r
egime/closure tests. On the theory front\, the formulation of EFTs in term
s of physical amplitudes has been applied to various aspects of EFTs\, inc
luding the classification of EFTs\, the computation of anomalous dimension
s and the study of positivity.\nIn this scientific program\, we seek to br
ing together the community of theorists and experimentalists using EFTs fo
r new physics searches to discuss the best way forward for making EFT anal
yses more practical\, more tractable\, and retain model-independence to th
e largest extent.  Not only will the program help spur collaboration and
exchange about the latest experimental data and its interpretation using E
FT\, it will highlight commonalities of diverse EFT use cases to prescribe
new ways to tackle old problems such as flat directions in parameter spac
es\, quantifying theoretical uncertainties\, light degrees of freedom and
model dependence. The program will also feature contributions focused on t
he mathematical aspects of EFTs\, where unique insights will likely help d
eepen our practical knowledge of QFT.\nRegistration closes 07 May 2026 11:
