The scientific program will be focused on several approaches devoted, in recent years, to the understanding of the geometrical aspects underlying perturbative and non-perturbative String Theory. The subject is of relevance not only from a purely theoretical point of view, where it could give insights on the very nature of String/M-Theory, but also at a more `phenomenological' level, driving toward a better formulation of the structure of the lower dimensional models emerging from ten or eleven dimensions.
